NWI offers two robust training curricula for the on-going development of workforce professionals. Each curriculum consists of classroom-based, blended and e-learning courses designed to improve performance of either universal or functional competencies. All courses contain built-in evaluations which measure knowledge retention and the ability to demonstrate increased proficiency. NWI uses highly trained and experienced facilitators to deliver classroom-based courses and can host training on-site or at regional locations.
